Kyanar: You do realise all the phone harassment laws have exemptions for political parties, right? I.e. if you did lay a complaint it would be dismissed as political parties are legally allowed to harass people over the phone.
Same goes with email. I work for a government entity and we are exempt from the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act.
