Yes you can.

 

The lights are controlling traffic for the pedestrian crossing.

 

By turning right you are not going through the pedestrian crossing therefore you are not controlled by the traffic lights.

In Streetview the right turn is clearly before the traffic lights, (and the intersection is NOT controlled by the lights) so right turns are not subject to obeying the lights. If anything, the lights are a gift allowing a free turn on what is probably a busy road otherwise.
