To cut a long story short, I'm not a customer of Spark, nor do I really know anything about Xtra. In fact, I live in Scotland. However, I am being harassed by a person who uses their services, and so I was wondering if you had any tips on how to deal with this nuisance. Here is a bit of background information...

Earlier this year, this guy signed up at a forum and posted spam, using the identity of somebody else from a not too dissimilar site. I suspect he is someone I know from forums I posted on, well over 10 years ago, as he kept posting on places with the names of administrators I recognized. This person (and many others like him) has a grudge against me, and I was the victim of online abuse for a very long time, until it ceased for the most part.

After being banned from that first forum, he soon returned with another profile and made benevolent looking threads, as troll bait. Unfortunately, because I didn't know it was this person, at first, I was lead into a trap. He then started following me around other sites and uploading avatars that appear under his aliases, but I know the people featured in the avatars are people only I know, from films I am in.

He actually found out I've got a filmography on The Internet Movie Database, because I sometimes do film work mainly as an extra, and he went there and constantly added fake posters for films I'm in, or created several IDs to reply to topics that usually only staff or long term members respond to, pretending he was offering support. He also subscribed himself to every film I'm in, which gives users email alerts. I knew it was him anyway, as he has unique handles, and he had used some of the same IDs elsewhere. He also stole YouTube videos I had online and added them to torrent sites, because he knew I'd either delete them or privatize them somehow. I've not found any working links regarding these videos in a while now, but I think it's him that put them there. In addition to this, he has harassed me at similar links on Wikia, Wikipedia, the "Get Satisfaction" IMDb support forums, some gaming forums, as well as forums concerning mental health, relationship advice, and whatnot. He just keeps registering dozens of accounts, and finds me anywhere and everywhere he can, and causes grief. He also got me banned from a forum, too; I was there for a good 5 years, but he knew there wasn't any moderators around anymore. So he posted harassing messages, plus graphic porn (I don't think you want to know what it was either) and he threatened to keep it up, unless I was banned. The owner then banned me, along with him, just to please him, which totally defeated the purpose of me being a member. He also sends me password requests.

Once, he edited on Wikipedia under his own IP address. It is hard to find working proxies for Wikipedia. A lot of his accounts are now suspended and tagged. Many of the accounts he harassed me with had prior edits on New Zealand related pages too, and one IP address he used is linked to Xtra. I've sent at least two abuse reports, but nobody has replied. Now, since nobody has even responded, I'm a bit stuck here on what to try next. Has anyone had to deal with a troll like this before, and can offer any advice here?

Since the beginning of this thread, I've been wondering who the troll really is...  And why everyone keeps replying to him.

OP. The only thing likely to happen if you continue, is you get yourself banned from another forum.

You came for help and you've got it, you just don't like the answer.

It might be time to step back and reflect on all these events.
If the same problem happens everywhere you go, it is likely the problem lies with you.
