I live in Tauranga.

For the last year, I've been receiving postal mail addressed to various people on waiheke Island.

I've phoned NZ post about 12 times (the last time about 2 weeks ago). Each time I call them they assure me this will stop.

The last time I called them, I asked to speak to a senior manager . They said someone would call me but no one did (typical!).

Today, I received more mail for people on waiheke island. I can tell, it is a US postal ballot for the  elections that they just held over their.

I just don't know what to do! I can't speak to senior managers as they won't phone me.

Each time I call them, I get a CSR who apologises, say they have placed a monitor on my address to stop it from happening.

If I call NZ Post again tomorrow, they will apologise again but I will still keep getting mail.

How should I deal with this?

It's probably a hassle but I'd just cross the address out, write return to sender wrong address and put it back in the post box
