We have a family event coming up on the weekend that I want to include my sister (UK based) in.

Will be streaming off my Pixel phone, and she's the only one watching. There's good 4G coverage at the site, and she'll be on a standard VDSL connection.

There's obviously plenty of different platforms (Facebook, Google Hangouts, Whatsapp, Skype etc etc) - keen to hear of anyone who's done something similar, and what platform they found to be the best/most stable etc etc
