Hi team,

I've been getting some strange credit card charges from Microsoft Microsoft*Subscription Msbill.Info Nz to the amount of $19.95.

Despite my card being replaced, the amount is still getting charged.

Has anyone experienced this?

We don't have any in the household apart from my partner's Microsoft 365 Business Standard which is sitting on her work credit card and it's to a different amount.

You need to get the Bank to cancel the card BUT you also need to ensure they remove the recurring billing connection (VAU - Visa Account Updater Connection or equivalent if it's not visa). We had the same issue and it happened three times as the bank didn't break the connection, thankfully they replaced the cards each time at their cost.
