I am feeling very grumpy after buying a machine from them which was faulty, sent back, repaired, fault, sent back, repaired, faulty, sent back, and then insisted on a credit.

They credited against our 'account' as a gift card which means I can't use it elsewhere. I have repeatedly contacted them via email (since no number on their website).

Does anyone know the direct contact for a manager so I can get this gift card refunded as a proper cash refund?

Cheers

Emailed Paul. No response. Tried calling, basically all their options go to 'look at our website for answers'.

I am actually getting pretty mad over this.

I've just emailed every email address I can find for Playtech and copied Consumer NZ in.

I am reluctant to lodge a DT for this refund as that would cost money!

Why can't these people meet their legal obligations!?

Well, that certainly got their attention, refund is being processed this week, and they copied consumer in the reply.

What a PITA to need to hammer away like this. I understand stuff happens, but no way should they ignore as much communication as they clearly have.

I'll be avoiding them like the plague moving forward.
