I have to ring a landline, Health New Zealand (Auckland) number to confirm receipt of a letter.

A message is repeated twice, which may or may not tell me calling id is not supported by this phone system.

I have never had this issue before. I don't have any other phone to use.

I am with One NZ, using a Samsung Android 14 Mobile Phone.

So far, the only thing I have changed is 'Supplementary services' > 'Show your caller ID' from ''Network Default' to 'Always', and I still get the message. Then tried 'Never', and I still get the message.
