Has anyone dealt with dynamix.co.nz ?

They have parts I'd like to enquire about, however there seems to be no contact phone number or email address on their site.  Their product enquiry form doesn't appear to work.

I'm looking at the below parts.  Can anyone recommend any of these or suggest alternatives from elsewhere?
