Anyone tried this new place? Pizza any good? Compared to Hell?

stevenz: Heaven pizza is a good alternative, less of the PUT EVERYTHING ON IT style of the usual options and uses a "woodfired" oven. They've got a shop in Waikanae (I think) and here in Wellington. Not sure if they're elsewhere around the country. Pretty tasty pizza though, worth checking out if you come across one.
I like Hell pizza's, but I won't to buy them any more as I've gotten a bit sick of their "we're alternative" attitude. They're a pizza company. Plus the prices have started getting a bit out-of-hand.
bazzer: I like Sal's. Simple toppings but taste great.

The little things make the biggest difference.
farcus: franchise pizza chains . . . meh
most people could make a better pizza at home without too much effort.
A good pizza begins with its sauce. Fanchises pile loads of crap on top of their pizzas to disguise the fact that their sauce tastes like ketchup.
richms: I tried making pizza at home after buying some doh. Never again, total waste of time and cost way more than a bought one once you factored in all the stuffing around and wasted ingredients.
