I've recently had lots of problems when I get flights with AirNZ and having the flights appear on either myairnz.com or my mpass on my BB.

When I ring the call center I get the usual story:
"It's your travel agents fault - they haven't loaded your airpoints number against the flights".

Umm, yes they have.

Anyway, even when the call center load the airpoints number, things don't always work.
And then sometimes half way through the trip (eg once I've reached the USA), everything disappears (ie can no longer see any of the flight information).

One of the concierge's on NZ1 recently suggested that my airpoints profile might be corrupted?
And that could be causing the issue?

Not sure if that's true, but really would like to find a way of getting to Tier3/engineering for further investigation of the problem. At the moment everyone I talk to believes they have resolved the problem - but it never gets truly resolved. And yesterday when my next trip (August) was booked, sure enough, nothing is showing up and won't even take the booking reference when I manually enter it.

Any suggestions of how to troubleshoot this further would be appreciated.

Nigel H.

Tweet the AirNZ Fairy perhaps? - @AirNZFairy or try @FlyAirNZ

Actually just spotted that the ever helpful freitasm has already tweeted @FlyAirNZ pointing to this thread.

Thanks Allan - hadn't seen that Mauricio had tweeted @FlyAirNZ.
Will wait and see what happens.
