So I got home from the gym today and went to have a shower, about to step in and then I noticed a cockroach, just lying there on the floor, with its bum chopped off:  

Note: I didn't touch this thing, this is how it was when I got there, and no one else has access to this place except me or my best friend who has a spare key. So its somehow gotten that part to fall off all on its own.



Thought nothing of it, and threw it in the bin after taking this picture.

Then later on, went to go brush my teeth before bed, noticed there was another one sitting next to the counter curled up on the floor. So thats two dead roaches in one night. No idea where they've come from, they're definitely fresh.

What should I do? I don't want more of these nasties crawling around the place. When we first moved in here, my wing of the house was left un-used for a few months because the old tenant left before it was sold, and we found a couple of them in the curtains but none ever since. They were alive though. These two are dead. 


Does this mean I have a problem here? Or can I just ignore these or what?
