Price check for a 2011 Macbook Air, excellent condition, 2gb ram, 128GB SSD, 1.86GHZ intel L9400, Nvidia GEforce320m
obviously comes with charger etc and has no problems. i was thinking somewhere in the range of 700-800 dollars, would this be about right? thanks

Sounds reasonable to me. Unlike some muppet on TM who was trying to sell a second hand one for $100 more than a new one...!

same time, another price check for me. 2009 macbook pro, P8800 2.5ghz Dual Core, 8gb ram and 128gb ssd. 9400m GeForce. With charger as well. In working condition but battery has gone to down to a couple of hours now (acceptable for a 3 year old laptop). Judging from the previous post, this should be about 600-700?

Hah I was talking about the Air, your Pro would be priced around $600-$700 as you'd expect.

Given that a 2009 MacBook pro with a faulty battery, missing key on the keyboard, missing screws from the caseback (due to the expansion of the battery popping things), and a terminal intermittent hardware fault (maybe just RAM, maybe the mainboard) just went for around $450 on TM, there's serious demand for the things.
