Opt out of the free monitor stand and free doorstop delivery service? Never ; )

Imho the online search has not reached the same usability of the books yet. Still online search covers 95% for me, but that additional 5% is really useful. Though the books now have unnecessary UI elements is true.

We've still got some of the smaller local North Shore phone books from a couple of years ago that are used from time to time (for example when I was looking for a panelbeater last year, it was much easier to go through the North Shore one than through the large Auckland Yellow Pages).
