Our Pioneer 3D Blu Ray player died last night, this is the third device to fail in just over a year, they have been replaced but I am over this, would I be unreasonable to insist that Harvey Norman now replace it with a different brand?

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

This device was received in June and has played maybe 6 discs at most. Pioneer used to be a good brand, no longer avoid them like one would avoid curry and bacon ice cream.

Went into Harvey Normans and they replaced it with a Panasonic unit with no hassles what so ever. Good on you Harvey Normans.
