Anyone used PCForce (pcforce.co.nz) recently ?

Their pricing seems pretty good but I dont know anyone whos ever used them, so am a little hesitant in ordering from them. I know their Pricespy ratings are quite high but seen others with high ratings before but have been an absolute b**** to deal with ;)
