Anyone know what would happen (legally) if you are running Tor (or this Tor like app) and your internet connection is the exit point used to get to illegal sites ?
Say you run the app, and your neighbour runs the app as well and he's really keen on the dodgy stuff, so he goes all "anonymous" with Tor to find what he likes and it happens that it's your internet connection his request eventually pops out of ... if the police/authorities/NSA/KGB are hunting they are going to knock on your door first aren't they ?

Unfortunately the one thing you can count on is users not being open sharing and caring, will be interesting to see what happens with this though. They kind of need a way to guarantee some decent bandwidth from the word go though otherwise people will use it, find it slow and drop it without it ever gaining enough critical mass to be good. Bah, bring on cheap, legal VOD services, they are finally starting to be good with lightbox and soon netflix coming.

Tribler doesnt use exit nodes, everything is done inside the 'darknet'
