So I send stuff using PBT mostly as I have an account with them. I use Passtheparcel to address the rural problem when it occurs.

I just confirmed with PTP that you can do what I will call "reverse delivery".

You can create a PTP courier ticket and put your details as the delivery and the customers details as the pick up then print to a PDF file which you can send to the customer they print it out and Voila!.

As far as I know no other courier does that. You can print out postage online but not courier tickets This will save a lot of time on returns and such.

Well I think its pretty cool!
