Hi all,

I need to send a phone back to China for warranty purposes but I'm unsure about the best way to do it. NZ Post says that Lithium Ion batteries are a prohibited item so you can only send them using the International Express Courier which will cost $80. Does anyone know another way I can send it?

Cheers

Don't send the battery, presumably the support people will have a battery they can use.

The battery is thankfully removable. I guess I will just have to send it without and hope they are able to repair/replace anyway.

When AliExpress ship stuff containing batteries to NZ, they do it via Sweden. Maybe you could do the reverse?
