Just bought my tickets for the midnight screening - quietly getting excited.  Who else?

Thinking I might have to go to the midnight screening!
It's been said by Kevin Smith that it is empire strikes back good!

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.

The guy at the movies said I'd probably want to watch it again the next day...

Going to go and see it New Years day like last year. My Fiance is working at ATOC again this year so will finish at qround 4am, come home and sleep until 10am then out and about for brunch, shopping and a movie.

Pretty excited. Loved Star Wars the first three since it came out.

No one could make a movie good enough to make me go and see it at that sort of time of day, to be honest. Not humanly possible.

Looking forward to seeing it but will probably leave it until the weekend or whenever it is convenient. The only two reasons to get up at 6am are a building fire or to catch a flight!

I'm sure your employer will thank you for that.

I went to a 12:01 screening of The force Awakens last year with my 14 year old son. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, but had to take the next day off work to recover.

Think we'll do a more civilised screening time for this one :)

I may have a ticket for it before midnight tomorrow. A few hours before.

Or, I may not. I can't say.

I may (or may not) be really looking forward to it too!

I'm going to be the Star Wars Grinch and say I'm not excited at all.

The prequels were utter garbage. The Force Awakens was an improvement, but quite forgettable and hardly a classic.

Yet everyone still gets super excited when a new one comes out... go figure.

Not keen ever since the 5 armies being a disappointment I don't quite fancy using the stargate on the star ship enterprise to see yoda's ugly face, I'll get it at blockbuster in 2 years maybe.

I try hard not to build these up before hand, because of how let down I felt with the prequels.
Like you said TFA was a little better, and this one looks great in the trailers (just like the prequels...)

I really hope I am not disappointed again.

I can only put up with this maybe 8 or 9 more times.
