Again, feedback is only as good as the person placing it. Which is what concerns me. Red faces are actually a countdown to getting account disabled. Placing a note underneath outlinning the reason why trade soured only helps those few who do take time to read it.
Getting blackmailed by one bidder who placed bad feedback, because I would not refund her. On her feedback is the receipt number for Parcel post tracked and the claim form. Post office would not refund as she never sent back any of the forms mailed out to her.Post office had a date and time when parcel was delivered.
It was a waste of time, it is clear in the emails that I did a print screen of and saved to "My Photos" for TM to read, that yeah, " Sorry you had this problem" parc<
There needs to be something put in place regarding tm. Zillion is fab. Unfortunately, selling things on there can be quite difficult, as I see the same items for sale over and over again.(Relisted).
TM needs to take better care of genuine sellers out there whom are getting a hard time from buyers who do not read auctions properly. Especially when delivery days are stated as once a week, then bidder buys item and demands item immediately.
Track and trace, does not mean immediate delivery??????
Buy Now does not mean, you have to pay straight away?????????
