Has anyone bought any computer products off Dragon PC based in Christchurch?  Google for their website (don't want to make this look like some advertisement).

Your experience in dealing with them would be appreciated as I am looking to purchase a notebook from them.

Thanks.

I find there really good. I have got one computer from them and my friends get there computers from them as well.

If you ask they tend to give you discounts on what you are getting.

I think they are also giving away free stock, depending on how much money you spend with them at the moment as well.

Dragon PC are REALLY good with their customer service.

I ordered a thermaltake watercooling unit from them and it was delivered very promptly. When I opened the box I found that it was missing the bracket for AMD K8 coolers so I emailed them and got a very prompt reply saying they are very sorry that this has happened and within the next 2 DAYS I had my bracket Laughing

It wasn't their fault it was missing, thermaltake had for some silly reason taken the brackets for K8 out and crossed the picture that said it suited a K8 off the box.

Very delighted with my watercooling and I highly recommend DragonPC to everyone. A truly genuine Kiwi business.

Good on you guys!

Wow that is great to hear guys, thanks for the feedback.  I am looking to purchase quite an expensive gaming notebook from them (namely, the Asus G50v with a 9700m GT video card) and your confidence in them is a great reassurance to me:)
