Hi all

I'm looking for a lawyer with privacy experience and preferably some knowledge around health industry but the Privacy Act is the key factor.

I've been doing everything myself but it is very personal and I'm feeling like an ant stuck under Mac truck tyres (which is probably about where I am lol).

Thanks for any help!

Royden Hindle. He was the former chairperson of the Human Rights Review Tribunal, which hears some of the most egregious cases of Privacy Act-related breaches brought by the Director of Proceedings. Very experienced. Probably won't be cheap, however.

Thank you ... PM's and emails sent.

I'm open to more recommendations as lawyers are in short supply/over worked these days especially within the Privacy, health and ACC areas.
