You mean because of the name? Because everything else seems Windows Mobile - even the hardware seems like HTC devices.

Yeah for the name... Ive seen some other articles on overseas sites regarding devices called "iSomething" and getting letters from Apple....  which seems to be going a bit far really. Altho, no worse than Telecom trying to trademark the colour yellow all those years ago.....
