i just went to go on the pirate bay, and the site no longer works. i know they are having a major court case at the moment i thought they had been shut down... but after doing a little hunting i found my answer: http://torrentfreak.com/the-pirate-bay-down%E2%80%9A-but-not-out-090302 it appears it hasn't been shutdown, just offline...

As far as I know, it's been down due to a DDoS attack from somebody who hijacked a botnet.

the verdict from the court case should have been announced today. does anyone know if they were set free or if they were sentenced?
