As an on topic aside could someone explain what a user agent string is and what information it sends?? Why do they almost all start with MOZILLA?

@tomgeeknz A bit of search and you should be able to stumble upon Wikipedia to find this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mozilla#Part_of_the_.22user_agent_string.22_of_many_browsers

It's not that hard to try and search a bit first... hehe

The short story of "Mozilla" is for compatibilty with Netscape in the "old days" and then there were Browser Wars: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Browser_wars ; this is the timeline of different browsers and the associated browser engines: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/74/Timeline_of_web_browsers.svg

There are many different browser (rendering/layout) engines: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_web_browser_engines
