For anyone interested (and quick enough), it looks like TicketMaster have opened up a final release of Metallica tickets for the shows tonight and tomorrow, http://www.ticketmaster.co.nz/Metallica-tickets/artist/735647. I performed allocated seating searches for both nights, and both searches returned gold reserve tickets in the lower bowl (the tix for the 14th were directly in line with the stage 1/2 way down the arena).
