For some reason I can't sign into yahoo... it was working fine early this morning, but that stopped working after the wife signed me out to check her yahoo account.

I have tried restarting the machine, IE & Chrome and it just comes back with user or password not recognised.  I also deleted browsing history/ cookies... same.

When I attempt to utilise the yahoo help and asks for capcha code - its not recognised.

The really wierd thing is that I can login from my mobile...  any ideas.

Running Win7 home prem, IE8...

Cheers, Stevo

Yahoo has been doing some weird things for me recently as well, whenever i went to sign in for email it would take me to a page which said "Your yahoo answers question was deleted for breaching guideline" - i have never used yahoo answers. :)

What ISP? Any chance their proxy could be causing this?

happens to me about once every few months. can be anywhere - at home or unsecured network. had one yesterday after months without an event. wondering if it's people hacking into it ... (don't understand the hacking business but hey, any conspiracy theory can be popular?!)
