So who's actually been out planking? I can personally say that my study group and myself completed a very good session of planking today for about an hour... lol

Please remember when planking that there are rules... One can not go lying down willy nilly...

Ironically if it goes wrong, you could end up permanently planked, upside down, and 6 foot under.

If you follow the wikipedia links you will find it is not something new, but its origins date back to 1997... Back in 2009 The Daily Mail published "Find an odd place and lie face down... Is this the most pointless internet craze yet?"

As pointless and a fad as phooning was...

I actually did this today at work.
I hadnt seen the official rules, but having read them now i had followed them anyway.
