Heya.

Noticed something happening twice today at a St Pierres at a shopping mall. I purchase some prawn meat. I wanted 250g and the guy came back at 263g so I told him that was fine. He has in his other hand a small amount of extra (Obviously I presumed in case it was a little light) which he added to the pile I already had after I said it was ok. Increased it by 40g. I didn't mind since more prawn is good, however, I think the practice is actually pretty dodgy. I am not sure if it's a sales technique, or laziness by that server, and I was curious to know if anyone has ever noticed them doing it before?

I am contemplating writing a note to the store manager, but perhaps its not really worth it, unless it's something they do to generate additional revenue. I guess I COULD have said something, but it was a relatively small issue.

Thanks.

See if it happens again. And again. After three times, then follow up.
