Does anyone else have dealings with these incompetent morons?
I am in need of a good vent...

I am absolutely sick to death of how much they screw us over...

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a distributor. Countless and continous unanswered but read (yes I know what a read receipt is) emails.

Sending the wrong products, not sending the products AT ALL despite charging you for them!
Blatant lies to cover delays in shipment of orders... I could go on forever, but I won't...

When are these guys going to get their act together?

If only we had a choice. I relate it to the monopoly of being locked into using Telecom for everything.
If I had a choice, I'd most certainly be with someone else!!!

PS, I absolutely love Cellect. They are lovely. Lovely people, great service... I can't complain.
Telecom dealers must have it so easy.

Welcome to Geekzone... And I guess you are a Vodafone dealer? I'd take this to the brand owner (Vodafone, or any other product being distributed through Brightpoint) and ask them to move something.

Also, would you know anyone else at Brightpoint? The company is actually a large multinational and they do have a name to keep.

Cellect are wonderful, I now deal with Cellect on a daily basis and have high pride in their service, the od hiccup but nothing major.

I won't even bother to comment on Dullpoint, The story is so long it would exceed my blog space!
