Um... yes. I suspect it would, providing you could get the rights to run the fiber.

jtbthatsme: Not too sure but it would be a sh1t job putting it in hehe. Does sound good though my only beef with FTTH is why increase tech for speed when we can't get decent data caps to accommodate what we already have.

If the costs can be kept down for both the providers and the end users then realistically it would be at least worth a look.


Firstly, they use robots to run the fiber - has been done a lot, particularly in places with good sewers and where they aren't allowed to dig, such as Italy.

Secondly, +1 on the data caps. Someone is working on it.
