My connection went down yesterday I cant contact them, I cant use my phone and the most annoying thing is you cant contact them not even a voice message saying we are temporarily trying to fix the problem and will resume service within the next 24 hours ...grrrrrrrrrrrrr so annoying .
Whats even worse no after hours service and no weekend service ..shocking and now no service and I have there silly digital phone so called service.
Would I recommend NZnet to others ......helllllllllllllllllllllllllllll no way, but whats the bet i still get my bill for the month ...I should have stayed with Telecom.
I have to drive across town to use my daughters internet .

I'm also experiencing this issue. I know a little bit about computers and i tried changing the DNS number to the one suggested on here (66.246.76.21) and that hasnt worked.
I may have done it incorrectly, i clicked on IPv4 properties under local connection and changed it from automatically detecting to the above number.
If anyone has some suggestions, i would greatly appreciate them.

You need to do it on the router not the computer.
I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.

You need to do it on the router not the computer.
Ohh that would make sense.. Without sounding too much of a noob are you able to give me instructions on how to do that?

paulhannon: you can change it on your computer and it will work, i changed all mine to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (google DNS sever).
