chrisbaby: This is the most incompetence company I have ever had the miss fortune to deal with
3 weeks without a reliable phone and when I asked for my account information as I’m leaving for another provider they gave me the wrong information 3 times.
Now I have to go to telecom and have a new connection set up and start again from scratch.
It looks like I will have to sue them as all my sign writing and listings will have the wrong number on them
Let’s hope telecom can give me my old number but there is no guarantee

chrisbaby: It appears that when I moved to nznet they took position of my phone number therefore unless they release it I have to stay with them or take the risk of losing the number all togetheri hope you get compensation from them i had 14 days with no phone. they gave me compensation [no disconection fee and no last bill. i sent their phone back too other wise they were going to charge me 250$ just 2 keep their stupid phone.
I tried to move to slingshot but as nznet will not or cannot supply the account number sling shot cannot connect me. Sling shot suggested that the only way out of this is to reconnect with telecom and then switch over to them latter.
Telecom is having a hard time trying to get the number and it looks like I may lose it all together.
That means unless I can somehow obtain my old number and redirect it to my new number all my advertising will be worthless and also I will have to reprint all my signs and stationery.
Let alone the cost of contacting all my previous customers.
Thanks NZNET

Be interesting to see if there is any repercussions for the directors past and present over the last 12 months who continued to run the company and continued to engage suppliers while insolvent – Those directors as per the companies records – Andrew Stephens and Rowan Johnston ( a financial investment advisor of all things )
