Our sales office is run from a serviced office managed by Priority One in Tauranga.

At present the ISP providing both Priority One and the serviced office customers is EOL.

Everything is crawling at worse than dial up speed and attempts to phone them have been in vain as I don't even get a menu - calls to their number times out before it starts ringing.

Are any other EOL users having similar issues?

They are called 'Ethernet Online' right? Well there's your problem.... Should have got a connection from '10GigE Online'. Not surprised they are maxing out their 10Mbps lol....

UPDATE:

EOL connection has been going OK this afternoon/evening. There is still a bunch of websites that won't load but that could be due to the network configuration here.

Seems like anything https falls over. Their helpdesk said it was an issue with their server in Auckland that they are working on.

Fingers crossed it'll be better next week.
