Hi there, can someone please tell me where I should fix the loose orange and orange/white wires and how I actually go about doing this?

Thanks.

More than likely your RSP has identified an old (intact) circut that was at some stage connected to your flat and has arranged for your xDSL connection to it. Another circuit (that was being used by the previous tenents) is likely to be connected to your jkpt and not the one that has been allocated to you.

This type of quick/cheap connnection is common and its a bit of hit and miss if it works.

Just report it as a fault to your RSP and they will arrange for a service tech to check the connection.

(btw the screw holes have been broken out, thats all that I can see from the photo thats wrong with it)
