The National Broadband Map is talking about VDSL2 upload speeds to 18Mbps. I recall a few months ago there was something about increased speeds being planned. Can someone fill me in please?

998 bandplan changes upper limits to be 70/30 to hit that you would need to be on 17a though.

with 8b on 998 US0 is enabled, however US1 is smaller than 997 Overall this equates to a drop in upload on 8b while 17a shoots right up.
