We had to wait 11 months for property manager of next door to locate the property owner and get them to sign the consent for our UFB install down the Right of Way. As it had been so long, we'd decided to change providers however that alone has taken just over a month. Apparently Chorus got the signed consent in late October and I've requested UFB just today. Will that signed consent still be valid or will I need to chase the next door owner again? When I asked Chorus initially about this I got told 'it's valid for a few months' and at the time figured it'd be done within that timeframe so didn't really push for a more concrete answer. I'm hoping "few" is greater than 4 in this case.
