Just a quick question,

An unsubscribed copper POTS "ICE" connection  ( you get disconnected tone when you pick up the handset) allows a 111 call in case of an emergency,

Has this provision been carried over to UFB, or does the fibre service have to be subscribed to allow the POTS circuit to be active on the ONT, or will simply powering the ONT give me a similar "disconnected tone" on the POTS
