Forgive me if this is a simple answer, just can't seem to figure out the category or search terms I'm looking for.

If I wanted to set up a service where I'm selling VPS's where clients have their own ip, which services is that sold under? i.e what do I google?

I see there's "business broadband" but unless I'm mistaken that's merely internet for businesses not hosters.

Thanks

You may want to look into hosting with OpenVZ or XEN or KVM depending on the container platform you want and SolusVM to manage it as that is a popular hosting platform.

Edit: Added a few more options.

Thank you. I'll try rephrase again, If i hosted one of the above mentioned services on my own server I obviously couldn't do it on my retail fiber connection, so which internet service would I be paying for?

You would need co-lo hosting for a start. Maybe that should be the first thing you look at. Many co-lo providers will have multiple upstream options and you would be able to get your IP address space from them.
