As the title says, I accidentally ripped the cable from It's housing on a God damned Friday afternoon. Sat on hold with 2 degrees for 2 hours before giving up. Should i persevere with my ISP?

I rang again at midday and instead of going through the menu to technical support, I went to new customers and whadya know, it didn't even have a chance to ring before someone picked up. They put me through to someone who logged the fault and had a tech round within 2 hours. I had damaged one of the pairs as I thought I would re-do the cable management while it was broken but it's all fixed. Plus it's now virtually invisible since I tucked it under the new cladding.@Ropata is this sorted now?
