I remember some years ago there was site that did monthly reports on broadband performance across the various ISPs, but I think that long since shutdown.

Apologies if there is something similar that has been discussed here on GZ, but I can't seem to locate it? 

Where is the best place to go to see how the various ISPs are performing during peak hours, latency, international traffic, etc...?
