We've been on the Maxnet unlimited plan for about 6 months now, and until now it's been fine. But this week during the evenings the bandwidth has dropped from about 14 Mbps to 2 Mbps, and then is back to normal in the morning.
I tried to call their support this morning, but gave up after 15 mins on hold and constantly being told I was first in the queue.
What is going on at Maxnet??? This is more than a little worrying given the recent takeover by Vocus.
