Upgraded to full speed in both directions.

I'm lucky, I'm close enough to the exchange to get

Up Stream	896 (Kbps.)
Down Stream	8128 (Kbps.)

Why we had to go through 5 years of speed limiting [expletive removed] is beyond me!

Web pages are running how they should be.

WOW! Those are impressive Connect Speeds. In fact I'm pretty sure they are the fastest ADSL Connect Speeds ever reported on GZ. (TCL cable users please note I DID say ADSL, we all know that your speeds put ADSL to shame

).

As a matter of interest, which ISP and Plan are you using Don?
Also, it would be good to know what your SpeedTest results are using: http://nzdsl.co.nz/speedtest/

Yes that's the stated connection speed on the modem.

I just did the speed test and it's crap, ~4/.130 Not sure why.
