Is there such a thing as a typical installation time for ADSL? E.g. If I had previously confirmed ADSL was working at my property and called up and ordered ADSL for my property today, how long typically would it take to get a working broadband connection? How long is too long - 10 working days?

10 business working days max really not even that long if a port is free for you to be connected to

Depends entirely what is required.

Lead time for a connection+wiring can be up to 10 days, it really just depends what the workload is and what slots your ISP books, remembering they also need to perform provisioning work at their end as well.

Great thanks, was just after a general indication - sounds like some time under 10 working days is fairly typical.

Depending on the connection type if no wiring is required next day is entirely possible.
