So i decided to give Fyx a try from my current provider, the current provider is compass, i have a naked broadband connection.

so the first time i tried swapping over to fyx i didnt use an ASID number just my address, the transfer was rejected, im told that i dont have any lines (after ringing and talking to the fyx helpdesk).

so i get the ASID number from compass (i have rung back and checked to make sure it is correct)
and get it resubmitted and it is rejected again for the same reason?? (and i was told the ASID number is not valid...) 16229361XX

the last helpdesk guy i talked to wants to install another line at the place im at.... as clearly i dont have one, or its not managed by telecom but i do and well its a normal naked broadband connection.

how can i get fyx and not be told to install another line when i dont need one???
i have rechecked the ASID number with compass and its correct...

and being told i dont have a line is very unhelpful, or maybe he is not explaining himself very well to me ?

what shall i do to get it sorted ?

While there are many reasons a churn could fail, they can all be worked through. If you haven't had it sorted out already ,drop me a PM with your details and I'll get someone to get that order sorted.

Cheers
