Is it possible to upload .wav or similar files for the auto attendant or initial greetings does anyone here know?

I want to get someone else to record the greetings as my voice isn't the best for it.

What version is the firmware?
If it's 4.60 or above you can connect with the DM tool and upload in the section called 'voice studio'.
Off the top of my head it has to be 8000Hz PCM 8-bit 128Kbps.

Should get you to the software version. If it doesnt display straight after you get to 855 use the volume arrow to flick through.

Edit: sorry, forgot password. After 'trsfr 800' dial 4321. Then you will get the option to enable mmc programming.
