Hi Guys,

I ordered UFB Fibre with my ISP on the 5th August.

I have yet to have a call from Chorus to discuss a time for the site inspection.

I've contacted my ISP and they have an install date from Chorus of the 25th August (next Monday).

Should I have had a call by now?

I didn't get a call until after the main site inspection, and just a day or two before the crew arrived.

Had an email from RSP (Spark) in the meantime with a status update whilst waiting for shared drive consent.

20 Days to install UFB, have things changed with Chorus? Is this just residential?

I'm pretty flexible at work so can shoot home when needed.  Would be a different story if I had to organise a day off to be there with little notice.  Our fibre is overhead and I have a cupboard with power for the ONT where our current copper line terminates so it should be a reasonably easy install.
