Hi Everyone,

I recently got UFB installed with Vodafone/Chorus and the whole process was seamless.

However, after 2 hours my LAN-1 orange light on my ONT will just disappear and stop sending data to my Huawei HG659. The optical light remains green as does the power(obviously) I've tried multiple ethernet cables(cat 6 and cat5e).
The only way to regain service is to unplug the ONT and power it back up. It seems to be 2 hours every time it requires a reboot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

What did Vodafone say?

Lazy is such an ugly word, I prefer to call it selective participation

Haven't spoken with them yet. Was hoping there might be an easy fix before I sit on hold for an hour.
