I dont usually resort to stronger language (some may think its mild LOL) but this time I feel it is justified. I know others would use something much worse.

I am regretting now choosing Compass Communications and suggest anyone contemplating changing to them to reconsider.

I had logged 2 separate faults earlier this month and they say they will get back to me but never do.

On the first one they called me back ok and then said they would get back in the afternoon after they had spoken to the Network Guys but nothing
On the second fault they said they would call me to discuss but never have.

These are not the first occasions where they have not got back to me, whether by phone call or fault ticket update

I had previously raised other issues around my UFB installation and had a severe lack of communication from them

If you call them you are often left hanging on the phone for ages for them to answer particularly in the afternoon and evening
